À La Mode App: Privacy Policy

The following data is or may be collected in the course of using the À La Mode app (currently available in both Android and web app forms):

• Data explicitly entered into the app by the user, such as tunes, sets their metadata and recordings. This is only stored within the Google Drive account selected explicitly by the user for this purpose, and can be deleted by the user. This information is not stored or processed by the provider of the app, unless (in the future) the user explicitly assents to this.
• Usage data and logs may be collected in the course of using the app (especially the web app version). This may include potentially personally-identifying information such as IP addresses. However, this information will not be shared except possibly in anonymized forms as in statistics, and will be used only for the purposes of improving or promoting the service; no atttempt to identify individual users will be made.
